Users on small screens or and using touch only devices would like to be able to have basic functionality in the viewer available to them. Even though they likely know they won't use Simularium on a small device, they can still check it out and learn about what it when they first discover and visit the tool.
Problems:
Users have trouble discovering left and right panels on smaller screens
Users cannot access the player buttons because they are all overlapping
The UI does not fit to the window so it moves around and is hard to rotate without automatically refreshing the page (tested on iphone + chrome)
