Use Case

As a scientist, I would like to see a demo of how Simularium Viewer could be embedded in a website summarizing a research finding.

Acceptance Criteria

Github pages site that either embeds or links to Simularium Viewer in order to explain findings about modeling twist bend coupling in actin models.

Details

Include this trajectory matrix of the force constant fitting.

Create a matrix for the compression experiment and a combined visualization of all the trajectories in one simularium file.

Add copy from posters along with GIF captures of trajectories and combined metrics plots (including from PCA).
