It would be nice if users could choose which agent(s) to render motion trails for, instead of only and always the selected agent.

Users can render motion trails for the selected agent or not, and they can render motion trails for all agents of a given type or state combination.

Currently the selected agent (which was clicked in the 3D view) always renders a motion trail, and there are no options to render motion trails for different groups of agents. User interface controls need to be designed to toggle the selected agent’s trail, and to toggle trails by agent type and state.
