As a collective team and as an individual building a product, I need to understand who our various user groups are, and what each groups' wants/needs/pain points are. I need to understand similarities and differences between groups' needs and how they may be impacted at different phases of development. I need to understand these nuances and share a similar language with my team members so that I can be strategic about planning and problem solving, and provide the most value and best experience possible across all user groups.
Acceptance Criteria
Define and visualize user groups with team - This task is complete
Create key users of development phases visualization
Create personas (number is TBD, but a good goal could be 2-5 of the most important to represent and all others are ongoing work into the future)

Creation of all assets is based on group participation to be executed in Friday Sim UI meeting. We can do one-off meetings as needed if we want to speed up the completion of tasks.
