Users have varying goals, wants and needs. As a team member, I need an easy (shorthand) way to talk about who I am designing/building for so that I can communicate effectively and consider the right user types when making decisions.
Acceptance Criteria
Run team workshops to create personas
Define which personas are most important to capture, or if we need to capture all (this could take a while so I suggest a good goal of 2-5 of the most important and all others can be ongoing work into the future as time allows)
