As a user loading a trajectory by URL, I want to be able to see the download progress so I know how long I'll have to wait.
When loading by URL and "Loading Simularium Model", instead of a spinner, show % download progress.
This should work for both following a link with a trajUrl parameter or after choosing "Load by URL" in the dropdown menu.
