change gh-deploy to be a dev build #426

Problem

We want to deploy a dev build to gh-pages

Solution

Needed to replace the current gh-pages build

So there is this build, and also staging.simularium.org, correct? (and prod which is www.simularium.org). LGTM as long as staging is named somewhere in the readme or build instructions or something.
