[Auto conversion] - Convert a smoldyn file using the octopus server #458

We need to send a Smoldyn file to the server and receive/display the converted result.

  1. Send file to be converted
  2. Display converted file.
  3. If the server runs into an issue during conversion display an error and navigate back to import page.
