Can't load viewer by following direct URL

If you try to load the viewer directly by going to https://simularium.allencell.org/viewer there's an error, but if you follow the link to the viewer from https://simularium.allencell.org it works fine.

The viewer should load at the direct URL

Production, Firefox, Mac OS

This is an issue on AWS, we need the 404 to redirect to our index page
