This replaces the vivarium template process with a ReaDDy actin process (based on the prototype ReaDDy actin model we've been building here) and includes a test with 3 diffusing particles (a monomer and a dimer). The port schema exposes the particles in ReaDDy, which may not always be what other processes are interested in, but is a starting point.
No hurry on this review, but would be nice to discuss in the new year, along with how we want to integrate ReaDDy with other processes, with implications for the port schema.
