Improve the setup.py by using arguments #1

Put things like "Author" and "License" and "platform" as arguments of the setup call. See: http://github.com/tiddlyweb/tiddlyweb/blob/master/setup.py and http://github.com/tiddlyweb/tiddlywebwiki/blob/master/setup.py for examples.

Comment from FND: distutils is kinda ancient and outdated (though still part of the stdlib - http://faassen.n--tree.net/blog/view/weblog/2009/11/09/0 is actually worth reading if you care about this stuff at all)
