Include a Climate example #1

I love what you're building here and just wanted to propose adding our ESEm paper as an example of SBI in the climate sciences. It currently uses fairly simple ABC and direct MCMC with GP surrogates but hopefully showcases a use-case where novel SBI approaches could apply.
