[Feature]: Adding a function to let user to submit new paper easier

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At present, there isn't a straightforward method for users or contributors to add papers to our database.

Describe the solution you'd like Use a json/yaml file to store incoming DOIs, which are then ingested into the crawling pipeline on a daily basis.

I've somewhat addressed this issue by creating a notebook that illustrates the process of adding new paper manually into the database.

Also, maintainer can now edit the yaml directly.
