Unknown item budget category for item id - unable to determine stats. #1439

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a simulation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see on the report the following message :
"Unknown item budget category for item id  - unable to determine stats."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP2
Simcraft 14736

Please provide any additional information below.

It's a harmless warning message, that comes from your shirt slot.

Marking this is fixed by r14737, which removed the subject warning message.
