Closed navv1234 closed 9 years ago

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 497

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have imported character.
2. There were some pvp enchants, which were not recognised by simulation craft program.
3. I got errors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Player 5:LNB5@ unable to parse enchant id 4247 for item "vicious_gladiators_dreadplate_helm"
at slot head.

Player 5:LNB5@ unable to parse enchant id 4249 for item "vicious_gladiators_dreadplate_shoulders"
at slot shoulders.

Player 5:LNB5@ has unrecognized glyph dark_succor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
simc-406-7-win32 product. Win 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am trully concerned that this amazing program is mostly PVE oriented. But is it possible
to make it more flexible? I mean, for instance, not a target of a 88 lvl boss, but
a 85 lvl with a different stats of parry, dodge, resistances and even may be resilience?

It would be extremely helpful if you did one of the following:
A) Told us what the enchants where
B) Linked the armory of the character so we can find A

Thanks.

We have options to include resilience on the target, but I'm not sure if that's still
up to date.

Target Level can be specified too.

Have a look at the Wiki: http://code.google.com/p/simulationcraft/wiki/Options#Target_properties

We plan to implement Resilience as a stat for all players, because we already allow
player vs player combat to some degree in simcraft.

I'm closing this issue anyway, the implementation of resilience, pvp enchants and pvp
in general is a optional thing we might or might not implement - if there is time &
muse for it.
