Keep getting "unknown conduit format" errors on multiple characters/classes. #6074

I haven't been able to sim a single alt this week despite constant updates. I keep getting "unknown conduit format" error messages on every character. I've pasted the errors below showing them occuring on the same char using different soulbind talents (Havoc DH), as well as a fire mage (to demonstrate it happening on multiple classes).

Error on Havoc DH using Adaptive Armor Fragment in the renown 43 slot:

You're using old version of simc, please update.

I updated immediately prior to running the sim...

Trying to update again failed. Had to completely uninstall/reinstall to make it work.
