Priest mana timeline #668

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load priest 
2. Simulate priest

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the fight start at maximum mana, and never go above maximum

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
410-7

Please provide any additional information below.
Mana goes above 100%, It's starts near the beginning so either archangel or shadowfeind
is causing this.

You start with 100% of your normal maximum mana. However with Intellect procs (say Power
Torrent, Darkmoon Card: Volcano, Lightweave Embroidery and Volcanic Potion) your maximum
mana increases but your current mana does not.

The mana timeline's maximum is the maximum it saw during the fight, not the amount
you started with. And so if you have any +intellect procs you're unlikely to see the
fight starting at the timeline's maximum.

This is working as intended for us.
