stack command fails #169

I ran it a second time and it uploaded 100k more images and created the albums but also failed stacking. Ran it third time, it uploaded a few more images and updated some albums but didn't do any stacking. Question: Is there a way to force it to just stack images?

Fixed with version 0.11.0
