Ported: Everything related to libraries and compile options, unneeded files and some refactoring. Not ported: Things Extended already had (versioning), and everything related to packaging.
Also includes changes related to https://github.com/aburch/simutrans/commit/c18e1f3e976530dd1298195a86852ff6538d616b#diff-482ab8c6ca61bdda7de145c59e0d3ea2bc3d29224d014af7d3b77f252c2907d4 (not fully) because they were already integrated in Standard's CMake files.
