impact of schema changes on translator #1

here are the changes to the develop branch of the XML-schema that will require a decent amount of work on the translator side of things and will not allow us to translate previously created models.

There may be a few more

Do you want me to make these changes to the translator or should I wait till its merged into the Master? it looks like the latest build is using the develop version of the schema.

I can confirm that the app's XML generator is set to match the develop branch.
