Fix readme seed and threefold decomp #46

Should fix #8. Also sets seed for the bootstrapped twofold decomp so the results don't change on every run, and fixes a few typos.

Other changes are due to the new bootstrapped SEs, some badges for the new workflows, and a column resorting that I can't remember where it came from but presumably doesn't matter.

@davidskalinder dev branch is updated with corrected test & updated workflow file which would result in all checks passing. the workflow file which runs the actions you are using in your feature branch was deleted, fyi
