Comment box and comment button are not aligned correctly on Huwaei P20 Pro, need to investigate regarding other team member's phones

The bug is fixed, however, the layout on this activity isn't the best. Safe to say the bug has been closed and this now needs to be about improving the user interface? @niteshc132 @sinanrassam @calcalbrad @JasonChun
