Not friendly to people who has less than 3 GPU on the machine. LOL #18

https://github.com/sinantie/NeuralAmr/blob/22998a0cc16e8ce18f3bbea5d4afd5a1fb83380e/parse_amr.sh#L3 set GPU_ID to 1 solved the issue. (It takes me 5 hours to figure out this issue) GPU_ID = 1
