Roles management #18

As an administrator I want to be able to create different roles that I can delegate authority to So that we can give permissions to other users to perform admin actions

See the course administration delegation.

The different roles that we can think of are:

Admin Teacher Tutor Student

a) Can an organization have more than one teacher? b) If the answer is yes, each teacher can only admin the courses created by him or her, right? c) If there are more than one teacher per organization then should there have a super admin user per organization to manage these teachers or these will be done by the Admin role?
