simultaneous error of all channels #393

We currently use 6 of 8 channels on our Booster. On a daily basis we observe all 8 channels simultaneously entering the ERROR state (red LEDs illuminated) with accompanying loss of USB and ethernet communication. The system resumes normal operation after cycling the power.

hardware: RFPA v1.4.1 (s/n #01/669/19)
firmware from Creotech: v1.5

Has this been observed before?

For how long do you use this Booster? Did you change anything in the configuration? Early versions were susceptible to EMI Did you try new Robert's firmware?
