HDMI cable has to be with HEC #9

A normal (non 8K) HDMI cable has all necessary pins if it is of the HEC (HDMI Ethernet Connection) type.

All 8K cables have that anyways.

But @gkasprow could you clarify why the schematics say that an 8k (ultra high speed, HDMI 2.1) cable is needed, which would imply that a 4k HDMI 2.0 cable with HEC (ethernet channel) is not sufficient?
