This was a conscious decision (see top schematic, where incompatibilities are listed), as otherwise it's impossible to route this board on 6 layers if you wanted to maintain proper reference planes. So for now it's a won't fix.

Please put incompatibilities in BIG writing on the main Wiki page as well.
