According to the new revision (D) of DS:

So FMC_PS_N (GPB7) should be swapped with GPB0/GPB1/GPB2 .

Good find! Would be worth going through the other uses of that chip in Sinara and checking for input. In Pounder we also found the hard way that the chip is tricky in other regards. It really doesn't like being written to immediately after being read from.
