We need to make a new revision:

add DIOT connector (and keep EEM one)
add supply and control connector for new, more stable, much lower noise HVAMP32
add input for external reference (or, possibly, global DIOT reference placed instead of AUX PSU)
replace divider resistors with a more stable version
fix broken FPGA startup sequence

This will be treated as a branch design for users requiring higher voltages and better DC stability.
