v1.0 errata

• [x] move the J1 connector by 1mm to the edge
• [x] R104 = DNP or add divider, now LM75 is pulled to 12V
• [ ] add arduino series resistors (nano every has 5V IO)

I changed Arduino to 3V3 RP2040 version so no resistors are needed
