dip switches for enable override #14

Having to hook up a coredevice just to enable channels is costly. Can't we add a local DIP switch array to hard-enable channels in case there is no EEM connection? Default off, logical OR with the enable signal from EEM.

sure, let's do that. This particular application required switching of outputs in programmable manner
