Update wiki #89

Now that Kasli v2 is shipping we should update the wiki. How do we handle that? Archive the v1 page and made a new page?

So far this hasn't been addressed. I'd like to make changes in a coherent way as I bump into diffs between v1 and v2. As a trivial example: the USER LEDs are no longer shared with the SFP indicators and there is an Err LED for the rust runtime https://github.com/m-labs/artiq/issues/2244.

@marmeladapk Are you available to meet for an hour to hash out the important-enough-to-document differences between v1, v2 and Kasli-SOC? I propose restructuring the kasli wiki as follows. The main body discusses elements common to all the Kasli variants, a section emphasizing specifics for v1, a section giving the v1-v2 diffs and a pointer to the Kasli-SOC wiki. I've started to edit the Kasli-SOC wiki to emphasize diffs with v2.

@jbqubit I can meet with you, but all changes that I made since v1.1 are mentioned in commit messages so I think it's worth going first through that.
