Unify LDOs #46

There are few types of LDOs. Is there any reason why IC15 and IC20 are ADP1740 instead of ISL80112?

All ADP1740 changed to ISL80112. + I added pull down resistors to all enable pins (except RUN of LTM4677 - DS suggests pullup)
