Changes made after the first schematic review:

Artix banks 34 <-> 15 were swapped.
IC71 (USB Transceiver) REFSEL pins connected to ULPI_VDDIO (not direct to P1V8).
added 10k pullup to RGMII1_RX_CLK (like in AFCZ)
DDR_VTT_PGOOD (common for 3 DDR termination IC) had 3 pullups - 2 removed
MII1_MDIO had 2 pullups - 1 removed
Micro USB B changed to USB C (like in AFCZ)
U1 (VX-501-0251-122M88) changed to OSC1 (CRYSTEK_CVHD-950-122.880)
New regulator for P5V0 - with internal inductor
External CLK connector (J15) changed to U.FL.
MMC push-button removed from the front panel (right angle changed to straight)
Fixed some polarity issues
Fixed RTM connector issue - swapped component part B and C

RC3: Removed B17 - one of middle screw holes for mounting the RFMC

Added R1001

microSD Card Connector changed to MOLEX_502570-0893 (front panel issue with old one)

Added R456 (because of issue with IC39 on AFCv4)
