Potential latchup when using stm programmer #16

After programming STM through CPU JTAG header and leaving it connected, each power cycle increases power consumption by ~5 mA per cycle (the effect stacks). Disconnecting the programmer resets the effect.

Did you by chance check Stabilizer, Thermostat(-EEM) for this effect already?

It seems that this was caused by wrong connection to an analog pin with dual function on nucleo programmer, I wasn't able to reproduce that with jlink.
