R233 should be connected to VCCINT not P3V3 #155

Connect directly to VCCINT for a shorter TPOR time if required and if supported by the power-up timing of the configuration data source. Connect to GND for standard longer POR delay.

POR_override should also be tied to GND not through pulldown resistor.
