We're working on a special panel as a bandaid solution for now.

It's easier to glue the panel fixture to the PCB using epoxy. The panel can be always removed because it is latched to the fixtures.

Additionally holes for AFEs are also not aligned. Not sure if it's a problem on Basemod or on RTM though.
