wrong footprint of BD5230e #16

Change the footprint of BD5230 (IC10). VSOT package has nothing to do with SOT-23. Use MSOP package pinout instead... The existing situation may cause P3V3 short circuit. Just remove the IC10. STM32 has own voltage supervisor and will work without this chip
