Are L19 and L17 rated to 0.5A? I wouldn't want them to burn out in case of a short

L19 is 950mA L17 is 800mA

0.24 and 0.31Ohm

Okay, may or may not be enough to stabilize the PoE module. But, it'll be much easier to play around with this when we have larger clearances around the HV traces and more pads.
