Changes:

[x] Add 0.5mm TPs for all supply voltages on the bottom layer
[x] Add 1mm TPs for P12V0_IN and GND nets on the edge of the board (near 12V supply connector)
[x] Move elements minimum 3mm from the bottom edge of the board
