PGOOD shorted to P5V0 #13

@gkasprow I have an Urukul rev 1.0 where PGOOD is shorted to P5V0 via something like 2Ohms. Any idea how that could happen? As a reslt the PGOOD LED seems to have burnt out.

Aah, I think it's the bias rework that was done on the LDOs.

Okay, this was just an issue with the rework. I'll ship this back for repair as there has been damage to the PCB.
