Update flashing instructions in wiki #71

  1. Thank you for providing instructions that don't require Xilinx ISE!
  2. I did have to tweak a couple things that should probably be in the wiki:
    • the -m argument wants a directory, not a file (xc3sprog version 0+svn795+dfsg-1build1 arm64 from ubuntu repos)
    • please add a link to the map file for newer urukul revisions
