PGOOD too high #15

In practice it may not matter as the pull up is weak, but ideally we should avoid clipping on the ESD diodes

1.5V/5.6K is 300uA so within spec, so maybe not worth changing the design?

I guess this is consistent with the latest Urukul, so we decided it's not actually an issue

Worst-case current is 7.5V/5.6K = 1.33mA so a bit on the high side but still within the abs max ratings.
