CPLD availability #29

There are issues with CPLD availability. Moreover, 128 cells may be not enough to support mezzanines. Let's use the same one as in Urukul - XC2C256-6FTG256C

Replacement of CPLD requires quite a lot of work and changes in config files. They can be easily replaced by XC2C256-6TQG144C in the same package which is available.
