Remove wkhtmltopdf binary gem #70

Add a message that shows up when the wkhtmltopdf binary is unavailable on the machine, with instructions where/how to install the binary.
Abort the installation if (1) is true.

I never really got the issue here, the gem seems fairly active? I'd be happy to accept a patch like this if someone could explain the limitations of just using the gem.
