prevent sinatra build comment to table of content #78

when comment head no backspace, Sinatra will build it to table of content, so i add a backspace.

Since these are comments within a fenced-code block, it shouldn't be considered a heading.

This would be a bug in the markdown parser. Perhaps a dependency issue with the book app?

Yes, it is a bug of markdown parser. But, TOC display wrong.

I'd rather figure out and fix the markdown parser issue than change a bunch of comments, but 5 year mark!
