Ignore vendor from sidebar #126

We have a link called Vendor in "Select a topic" and it doesn't work.

Check out Japanese version which already applies this commit.

Ahh! I bet this folder is being added from the heroku buildpack?

Maybe we could implement a way to whitelist the directories we support, rather than using Dir.glob
