There is no repository of git clone https://github.com/sindelio/traceability-framework.git Whats the username and password for it. Your help will be highly appreciated

Of course there is, as you can see in this GitHub project. You probably are having issues with your Git setup locally. You can clone the repo with this command:

git clone https://github.com/sindelio/hyperledger-fabric-traceability-framework.git
