SEPARATED BY ; gives problems #163

EXPORT CSV
WITH HEADER
SEPARATED BY ;
LOG EVERY 10000 RECORDS
FILE "export.csv" ENCODING "UTF-8"
...

Does not work.

Maybe introduce SEPARATED BY SEMICOLON

Workaround is prevent the ; ending the line:

EXPORT CSV
WITH HEADER
SEPARATED BY ; LOG EVERY 10000 RECORDS
