DUMP JSON skip a column #166

Sometimes the filename of a CLOB or BLOB is in another table. Then you want to 
join this table, add the filename to the select list, so that it can be used in 
the filename expression. But you do not want the filename column in the dump 
file itself.

Or maybe the filename is in the same table, but you want to preprocess it, for  
example replace all / with _.
